Romano M. Paladio

Our President and General Manager Romano M. Paladio graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and attended numerous seminars and conferences in Mining Industry and Geotechnical and Structural Instrumentation applications for powerplants, dams, subways, and the construction industry.

Starting as a working student, he pushed himself to study at night and worked in the daytime as Janitor, was promoted to the warehouseman, sales clerk, and Marketing Assistant then became Sales Manager for Mining Equipment and Supplies.

He developed customers during his 5 years as Sales Manager then later established our Company AF Drill Techniques, instrumentation Corp in 2015.

Today Our company has 17 regular employees and 59 contractual employees. His aim is to promote safety by providing instrumentation monitoring applications in the Mining, Power, and Construction Industries.
